I am only providing Telehealth and/or Telephonic services at this time in keeping with the requirements Federal extension for telehealth to continue through Dec 31, 2024. The offering of in-office sessions is likely only when required by insurance.

SCHEDULING
I am scheduling Monday – Friday “by appointment only” between 8 am - 5 pm. Evening (aka after work) slots are available upon request. Intakes are generally 2 hours for paperwork and a real conversation. Follow-up sessions are generally a 55 minute hour. I typically book all sessions at the top of the hour.

You may choose to pay “out-of-pocket” for services rendered. Payment can be cash, check or credit card and is expected at the time of service.
$185.00 for initial Intake, plan for 2 hours:
$120.00 90 minutes follow-up
$90 for 60 minutes
$65 for 45 minutes
$50 for 30 minutes

Cancelation Policy:
I expect a call, text and/or email if you are running late.
I do not double-book appointment times. The time you schedule is the time I have set aside exclusively for us to work, to do the work you contracted to do with me as your therapist.
If you do not call or no show you will be billed $50 no show fee. This fee will be charged even if you have insurance, with the exception being Medicaid.
If you are in the midst of a real emergency, call when you are able and we will go from there.
TeleHealth sessions are available via TherapyNotes LLC client portal, VSee.com, Zoom.com, and Doxy.me. for live video feed which are HIPAA compliant. I have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each. True Color Counseling, LLC is a business licensed and operating in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Pro Bono: I provide pro-bono work through GIVE AN HOUR for Veterans and their families.
